Why can't I connect my Apple Health data?

If you're seeing a "No data found" message when trying to connect your Apple Health data to your Phi iOS app, this could be due to one of the following reasons:

Phi doesn't have permission to read your Apple Health data

Please check that the Phi app has permission to access your Apple Health data:

  1. On your iOS device, go to Settings > Apps > Health > Data Access & Devices
  2. Find and tap Phi - Health AI
  3. Make sure the health data types you want to share with Phi are toggled on

The health metric isn't supported yet

If you've enabled permissions but still see "No data found," the metrics you have may not be supported in the app yet. Please contact us to request support.

If you're still having trouble, try closing and reopening the Phi app or contact support at support@phi.health.
